The following requirements must be met in order to obtain a copy of your Florida Driving History Record (M.V.R.) from us:

You must be the person obtaining your record.

You must pay with a credit card and the card must be in your name.

You must have permissible use as described in the Fair Credit Reporting Act under section number
(§§ 604. Permissible purposes of consumer reports [15 U.S.C. § 1681b])

You must have permissible use as described in the Driver's Protection Act under Title 18 USC,
Sections §§ 2721-2725. motor vehicle records. (Public Law 103-322)

All other individuals or organizations requiring Driving Record information on persons other than themselves must have an approved corporate account open with us. Please call our office to inquire on corporate accounts and reseller program.

Important: If you require a certified copy of your driving record, you must contact D.H.S.M.V. or a local Court House directly. We cannot provide you with such.

In order to comply with Federal and State regulations and acts, personal information such as Address and Social Security Numbers will not be displayed on your results. In addition, violations which were dismissed, or not charged will not be displayed.
