You authorize Softech International Inc. to charge your credit card $19.00 for a three (3) year request or $ 20.00 for a seven (7) year request and you agree that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement does not constitute a refund. 8. You certify that you understand that anyone who knowingly and willingly obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses (illegally) may be fined up to $5,000 or imprisoned up to one year under Title 18, United States Code. Indemnification. 9. You agree to release and indemnify Softech International Inc. as well as their officers, employees, shareholders, and affiliates from all liability arising from the unauthorized access or improper use of the information reports and services which are provided on this website and pursuant to this agreement. 10. You agree to release and indemnify the credit bureaus and all other information suppliers used by Softech International Inc. to provide consumer credit information and any other information, as well as their parent, sister, and affiliate entities, their officers, employees, contractors, and agents from all liability arising from the unauthorized access, or improper use of the information reports and services which are provided on this website and pursuant to this agreement. 11. You certify that all information provided by you in this agreement shall be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this legally binding agreement.

In addition, any violation, accident, suspension for which the driver was found not guilty, dismissed and/or adjudication withheld, will not be displayed by the F.D.M.V. nor will it appear on this record.
