Who can order Florida Driving Records ? Florida driving records can be requested for by individuals or organizations who:

(A) intends to use the information in connection with a credit transaction involving the consumer on whom the information is to be furnished and involving the extension of credit to, or review or collection of an account of, the consumer; or

(B) intends to use the information for employment purposes; or

(C) intends to use the information in connection with the underwriting of insurance involving the consumer; or

(D) intends to use the information in connection with a determination of the consumer's eligibility for a license or other benefit granted by a governmental instrumentality required by law to consider an applicant's financial responsibility or status; or

(E) intends to use the information, as a potential investor or servicer, or current insurer, in connection with a valuation of, or an assessment of the credit or prepayment risks associated with, an existing credit obligation; or

(F) otherwise has a legitimate business need for the information

(i) in connection with a business transaction that is initiated by the consumer; or 

(ii) to review an account to determine whether the consumer continues to meet the terms of the account.

What is the cost ? State Scheduled Fees

Are there any monthly fees ?

 

No.
We do not charge any monthly fees for access to our system. What you order are the only charges that will appear on your account statement.
How do we update or increase funds in our account ? Access to our MVR system is prepaid. 
You may update your account in one or more of the following methods.
Mail.
Check.
Phone.
Electronic Check Fund transfer (EFT/ACH) 
Credit Card (MC,Visa). 
Quick E-Pay Internet
Electronic Check Fund transfer (EFT/ACH)  (account setup is required)
Credit Card (MC,Visa). 
Can I review all of my transactions online ? Yes.
You may review all transactions including Driver's License requests, credits and debit to your account directly online.
What is the turnaround time ? Average turnaround time is 8-10 seconds. 
* This is only an average and can change due to the following factors
Your internet connection speed
State response
Peak hours
Others.
* occasional scheduled maintenance usually performed on weekends may slow down response time
Where are the requests obtained from? Directly from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. turnaround.
We are an authori
zed network provider for the F.D.H.S.M.V. and have a direct line into the department's database. Records are retrieved directly from that database.
What happens if I do not receive a report that I ordered ? State not responding.
There is no charge to your account for requests not received by the state.

Your connection with the internet is lost.
If the request reaches our system and we submit it to the state there is a charge. You have two options to recall that request.
1.Order the MVR again. If it is on the same day do not press the check the re-order field.
Charges will not appear for same day requests. If you know it was order prior to the current date check the re-order option.
2.Go to the account statement menu and review your account. Once you locate the record click on the license number to view.
There is no charge in recalling a request.
Do I need to purchase or install any software or hardware? No. 
All you need is access to the internet and a web browser installed on your computer.

What if I need to request more than 50 records at a time ? See Batch processing.
How do I open an account ? Click here to open your account, print the document corresponding to your industry and send a check in the amount of the estimated number of monthly inquiries or $ 50.00.
Or call us and we will open the account via telephone and charge it to your Visa or Master Card.

What hours is the system available ? 24 X 7
Subject to State response and occasional scheduled maintenance usually performed on weekends after business hours
Can we have more than one user ID and password ? Yes.
Our system can handle as many users and their passwords as you need. Simply assign supervisor privileges to a user and that user may Add, Edit Delete users online directly.
Can we receive requests in a different format ? Yes.
We can customize the output display to meet your needs or select from a range of existing formats. 

You may also select to display your output self branded including your logo and company information. (Contact sales for additional information.)

Raw data outputs are also available for server to server automated operations in both XML or <FieldName>="Value" (Contact sales for automation information)
