1. Select the button Order from my account order a driving record (go to step 3)
2. Select the button Check Account status to view your online statement (go to step 7)

If the user that logged in does not have administrator rights, the Update Users Profiles button will not be displayed.

1. Type the correct Florida driver license number.
2. Type the policy number associated if any.
3. You can choose 3 or 7 year driving history. ( Different fees apply ).
4. If MVR charges are going to be paid by a sponsoring Insurance Company, then select the appropriate Bill to company.( coming soon )
5. Reorder is used to retrieve a requested ordered prior to the current date. Reorder requests do not incur charges.
6. After all information has been entered, click the order button to submit the MVR request. Within seconds, the information requested will appear on the screen.
